Standard Terms of Trade
We operate on a firm sale basis with no returns. Once an order is made it can’t be cancelled (except if an item isn’t available from our supplier you may cancel in respect of that particular item; otherwise we will keep on back order to ship with the next order following it being in stock). If there is a price increase regarding some items after an order is made, you have the right to cancel the order for those items.
Orders of at least $300 will be sent free of delivery charge within mainland Singapore. You can order in smaller quantities but a delivery charge will be added.
We do recommend a retail price. For the protection of retailers, and to preserve the exclusivity of the products, products are not to be retailed in Singapore below this price.
In the event any item is defective or damaged, you need to let us know within 7 days of delivery.
Title to the goods remains with us until the goods have been paid for in full.
Where any display stands or units have been provided by us, they remain our property and are only to be used for the display of goods we have provided.
